Our Journey

Ugwu Uvuoma was founded on March 16, 2013, at the home of Ugo Ejim in Umuajata Olokoro by a group of passionate individuals. Recognizing the need to rally young, dynamic men to further the progress and development of the Olokoro clan, they formed the club as a continuation of the efforts of the "OGBURUKE GROUP" and OPA.

Overcoming Challenges

In its early days, Ugwu Uvuoma faced numerous challenges. There were times when the survival of the club seemed uncertain. However, through the dedication, hard work, and perseverance of its members, Ugwu Uvuoma overcame these obstacles and built a strong foundation for future growth.

Our Growth

Over the past decade, Ugwu Uvuoma has grown in both size and scope. We have attracted new members and expanded our reach within the community. Our focus has always been on the progress and development of our beloved Olokoro clan. We have initiated numerous developmental projects since the club's inception, including: Annual healthcare programs for our community Grading and maintenance of roads in Olokoro Organizing one of the best carnivals in Olokoro to entertain and promote our culture Founding and organizing extra-mural classes for young people preparing for WAEC, NECO, and JAMB examinations Assisting Ndi Eze and OCDU in maintaining security within our clan Interfacing with the government to attract development projects for our community.
